Returns & Refunds Process

Below is our 5 step return and refunds or store credit process. Please keep in mind that our returns process might take up to 26 days to process your return and for your credit card to be refunded.

Step 1: Request an RMN number to return an item(s). Contact us by email here or call us at 1-833-BUY-VEGA. We need 1 business day to process your RMN request.

Step 2: Carefully pack all of your return items into a shipping box and send the items back to our warehouse. In your account dashboard, please provide us with your return tracking number. Our warehouse address is 221 Joseph Zatzman Drive, Dartmouth N.S. B3B 1M6. We can only accept unbroken, unopened, and unused items for return. We do not accept returns for used, damaged, soiled, or broken items caused by the end user. We do accept returns on items that malfunctioned during the normal course of use.

Step 3: Our warehouse staff will inspect your returned merchandise and make a determination on the validity of the return. Unused, unopened, and non-broken will faciliate a quick inspection. Please allow for up to 5 business days to process your return.

Step 4: Once our logistics team approves the return, we need 1 business day to reverse your original invoice and to begin the refund process with the credit card processing company. All other refunds will be issued in the form of payment method used on initial payment.

Step 5: Your credit card company may need up to 5 days to reverse the charge on your card.
